What do I need to register?
Your product name, purchase date, order or invoice number, and contact details. For purchases outside mercat.in, keep a copy of your invoice ready.
How do I check my warranty status?
Use Check status above and enter your registered mobile number and order or invoice ID. Under verification means your details are being reviewed. Verified means your purchase is approved. Active means coverage is active; the confirmed dates appear with your product. Check again to see the latest update from Mercat.
When does my warranty begin?
Registering later does not restart or extend your cover. Your coverage dates will be confirmed from the purchase and delivery record, according to your product's warranty terms.
I bought my product from a shop. Can I register?
Choose Somewhere else in the form and include your invoice. Your purchase and warranty eligibility will need to be verified.
Is registration the same as making a warranty claim?
